Koby is a young member of the Otsutsuki Clan, but he stands apart from his kin. Unlike other Otsutsuki who see humanity as lesser beings to be consumed or controlled, Koby has a compassionate, almost naive view of the shinobi world. He grew up as an outcast, shunned for his gentle nature and lack of the clan's typical arrogance and raw power. This led him to a life of servitude, serving a tyrannical, high-ranking Otsutsuki who viewed him as a useful tool, not a person. Koby's initial timidity and self-doubt are a result of this upbringing. He's constantly fearful of his master's retribution and feels utterly helpless. His dream of becoming a protector, a "true shinobi," feels impossible. However, upon meeting a young, optimistic Uzumaki who believes in his own outrageous dream, Koby's inner conviction is reignited. He finds the courage to defy his master, despite the immense threat of death.
As he trains under a legendary shinobi, Koby sheds his timidity, but retains his humility. He becomes a master of Steel Release, that allows him to manipulate and create metal. He often uses it defensively, creating shields and barriers to protect civilians and allies. He trains relentlessly, his hands bleeding from punching boulders and trees, determined to close the gap between his innate humility and the power he needs to protect others.
Koby is completely selfless and driven by a strong moral compass. He doesn't act with the reckless abandon of many shinobi, but rather on moral compulsion. He's the one who will throw himself in front of a tailed beast's chakra blast to save an innocent, and he's capable of bringing a major battle to a standstill with his plea for peace. This compassionate streak can also make him emotional, often moved to tears by the bravery of others or the suffering he witnesses. Despite his immense accomplishments, such as single-handedly stopping an inter-village conflict, Koby remains humble, often deflecting praise and feeling embarrassed by the idea of being a hero. He's not after fame or power, but simply the ability to protect others and be a true shinobi.
𖤍 Appearance
Initially, Koby is a small, round-faced boy with an almost childlike appearance. His hair is a striking pale pink, a trait that sets him apart from the more common gray or white-haired members of his clan. He wears a set of large, circular glasses that often slip down his nose, a sign of his nervous, fidgety nature. His attire is plain and functional, much like a servant's uniform, consisting of a simple dark tunic and pants. This look emphasizes his meekness and his status as a subservient member of the clan. After undergoing intense shinobi training, Koby's physique transforms dramatically. He becomes taller and noticeably more slender and muscular, a testament to his rigorous physical regimen. His pink hair grows longer and shaggier, and he has a prominent cross-shaped scar over his right eye, a badge of honor from his brutal training.
His outfit evolves to a standard-issue shinobi uniform, but with personal touches. He wears a dark green jacket with the symbol for "shinobi" on the back, and his pants are a practical black. He wears a brightly patterned forehead protector with his Otsutsuki clan symbol, a subtle nod to his heritage. While he still owns his glasses, he now typically wears them perched on his forehead, only putting them on to read scrolls or strategize. Over time, Koby grows even taller, reaching a height comparable to his master. His demeanor becomes more confident, reflected in his updated attire. He now wears a long, flowing scarf and a senior officer's uniform, proudly bearing a merit badge on his chest. His scar has become more pronounced, a rugged and permanent feature of his face. His overall appearance is that of a seasoned, dedicated shinobi who has faced and overcome immense challenges.

It was during a scouting mission on Earth that Koby's life changed forever. He met a boisterous young shinobi with an audacious dream and an unshakeable belief in his own destiny. This means that regardless of the caster's expertise or perfection, there will be some kind of tell within the illusion that is very obvious; such as a visual illusion appearing like static on a television, a smell being off, or a sound not making sense.
𖤍 Chakra Fortification | Steel The user can add an additional effective 10 Chakra or Siris to an element or skill they specialize in, though not at any increased cost or strain to the user. This simply allows their techniques to have 10 more chakra infused into them. Does not require another Specialty to utilize.
𖤍 Advanced Tracking Specialist Your tracking capabilities become more advanced, allowing you to have x2 tracking speeds. This allows him to physically track faster movement without chakra sensory. Note: Requires at least 4 in DEX.
