Background Info

History: Haruka was born in Kumogakure in a normal shinobi family, however after a few years they moved to Konohagakure because their living circumstances in Kumo weren't very great. In Konoha Haruka went to the academy, dreaming of becoming a full-fletched shinobi, and eventually graduated as genin. At this very moment he's trying to find a sensei who can teach him everything there is to know about the shinobi arts.

There are some problems with your bio.

• You don't get tracking abilities. I doubt any character can. That looks like sensory perception of which you might need permission from an Rp mod.
• Clan's are only for custom clans (which come with their own set of rules) and official clans like Aburame, Nara, Akimichi, Sarutobi, Hyuuga, etc.
• Being able to "manipulate silhouettes" sounds like a Nara Clan ability so either make it a Nara or remove that part.

EDIT: Please keep in mind that when making a character for the first time that you create something simple and uncomplicated. With training and more knowledge you can begin to add abilities and gain an understanding of what is allowed and not. Of course if you have spare time, do some reading and ask around. Gain some perspective of what is feasible and not. Most of it is just common sense.

They desired to start anew, and figured that the best way to do this was in a new village. He was forced to use his senses of hearing and smell to determine all obstacles and general objects. He is the first shinobi to ever be born into his family, and graduated from the academy with average grades. His most prominent dream for the future is to figure out a way to see at least one time before his death.
