OK ok. She must have met Sabo, but she probably didn't know his past with Luffy, else she had told Luffy that one of his brothers is still alive.

I think Robin does know Sabo but i doubt she knows that Sabo is Luffy's brother. After all i think Sabo would want to be the one to tell Luffy that he's alive.

Well, on robins defence, she probably didn't say anything about her 2 years with the rev army to the crew Because she met sabo. If she talked, she might say something that involves sabo, and the beans would be spilt. And knowing that sabo would want to be the one to tell luffy, she kept her trap shut.

My guess is that dragon asked for her not to say anything, because he might be planning on meeting luffy soon.

Dragon may have told her to not say anything to Luffy ever think about that one. Dragon knew he had a son and he travels around the world if he wanted Luffy to know about him he could have went and seen Luffy at any time.
