I have a question regarding OBITO...
Technically, he only have 1 eye, because the other one is in kakashi's.

Does all the time he have only one eye?
Because on his battle against konan, he used izanagi.
He supposed to loose his eye. But how come he still have sharingan after he got rinnegan?

Where did he get the other one?

He got nothing from madara but senju DNA zetsu and the IDEA of the moons eye plan. Obito made the plan himself.

he never used his kamui eye he used a fodder sharingan for izanagi which was covered by his mask

Check when he was implanting Itachi's eye on Sasuke, you would see a collection of Sharingans in his hideout
