This poem was inspired by a project I had to do in which the subject was knights and medieval subjects. (Brain is running dead so if you would give me any suggestions to any other poems I would be entirely appreciative. 
)
The knights of yesterday were armor and swords
Loyal to their king and brave to the heart
They served with an almighty power
The courage that lasted them decades
Still lives on today
Just more in secret
Someone who is strong and dauntless
Faithful and clever
Can still be a knight
The people who fought to protect
Selflessly struggling for others
Qualify to be our hero
They may not be entirely visible
They may not speak of their battle scars
But they are still there
As swords and armor were replaced
And time moved on
Knights still stood steady
Fearless attackers
Who reach no limit
Are the very Knights of Mystery <3
