Going to go with Angels.

1. They are taller than buildings or have unusual/unnatural abilities.

2. The things made to fight them were MADE from them



Code Geass has some impressive mechs, but non of them fought on the scale of matching those things. These mechs aren't even the size of buildings!

The angels easily, sachiel was a casual mountain buster and not to mention they have broken durability, and AT shields

Angels win easily. As far as I know Knightmares have nothing that can break an AT Field.
