Obito, Nagato and Itachi can obviously take it.

Deidara gets blasted out of the sky or wherever he hides, I don't imagine minor bombs hurting the 9 tails

Orochimaru i'm not too sure, he was fine with the 4 tails so it could get quite desperate.

Kisame and Sasori are unsure, the rest don't stand a chance.

My man Kisame can defeat the 6 Tails, the 6 Tails is just a mindless beast that has no control over its lust to kill.Kisame who knows what he's doing can absorb its cloak bit by bit and counter the TBB by using his GS technique which can easily take in the TBB like a bubble gum.

Kisame,Obito,Itachi,Nagato/pain, And Deidara if he uses c4 right off the bat can win .. although you also need to remember akatsuki were trained to take down Jinchuriki like this .. And kakuzu and Hidan were able to take down the full two tails Im just saying ... That pairs might be able to take it

I can see Deidara pulling off a win if he gets in the air, Kakuzu might win at a high diff.. Not sure.

Kisame honestly wins low to mid. Come'ne. Nagato/Pein at full power would... Make quick work of it.

Itachi takes this mid to high diff.

Tobi low diff.

Orochimaru also has the potential to win, high diff. But we don't have enough feats to back this up. But with his MANY handicaps against A four tailed state, and enjoying the battle... Yeah. He could handle it, I believe.

Pain/Nagato, Obito are assured winners...mostly...

Itachi and Kisame are possible, but considering the speed the 6 tailed 9 tails went at...

everyone else is more or less dead.

In pairs, they can definitely take on any tailed beast, but alone...

I really can't imagine Deidara wins under any circumstances...maybe, MAYBE he's able to escape.

Orochimaru seemed to be under control the whole time in the 4 tails fight but the 6 tails is extremely more intense and vicious, I see Orochimaru as barely a win.
