Sasuke doesn't have a way to put Naruto down.
-Susanoo Arrows are tanked.
-Amaterasu is tanked.
-Susanoo attacks are tanked.
KN6's Bijuu Dama would deal heavy damage to V3 if not completely wreck it. Sasuke gets mauled afterwards.

Doubt he'll be able to set it up before KN6 nukes him if he doesn't get his Armored Susanoo here. (I'm assuming it's Danzo fight Sasuke here) Armored Susanoo lets him spam Enton due to the orb of flames in it's hand, while Sasuke can't do anything like that with his Complete Susanoo, meaning he'll need to spam Amaterasu on his own, and that means he won't be able to hold Susanoo up, meaning he dies to KN6.

He wouldn't be able to restrain the Kyuubi, Naruto would already have lost control at that point
Sasuke was able to enter Naruto's subconscious because 1. Naruto was not a perfect jin
2. Naruto did not use Kyuubi's power yet so he could control his body.
