Hard to say since we haven't seen Tsunade actually with the kyuubi cloak so we don't know to what extent it will enhance her strength and speed.
But what we do know is that it made Hinatas one handed Vacuum Palm equivalent to Hiashis two handed Vacuum Palm.
So since we have already seen Tsunade break rib cage susanoo, can we assume she can now do the same to Sasukes complete susanoo? It's doubtful for me.
We have also seen the kyuubi cloak increase Lee's speed in base form to that of which Madara couldn't even react to, so can we assume Tsunade is now able to avoid amaterasu? This seems more plausible.
However I still think it won't be nearly enough to defeat Sasuke, but who knows.
