Yes and by your logic that would mean Naruto's KM is superior to Bee's full hachibi mode. Do you seriously believe that? Naruto's KM is much different than the tailed beast modes, which is what I was trying to point out.

Naruto even with clones restricted.

In KM mode he takes attacks from other V2 without any permanent damage.
He is faster than bee, and has more offensive power (rasenshuriken) than bee, and unlike bee who has to charge strait in a strait line to lariat someone, naruto can redirect his rasenshuriken.
