im not sure. people saying that he will just blitz kakashi and beat him are wrong though. narutos speed feats are inconsistent.

kcm narutos shunshin>V2 Ay

if narutos speed was so effective then he wouldve just blitzed tobi before he could even turn on his intangibility like minato did.
