background:His mother previously a spy overherd of the coupde' at and the prabable massacre(up coming) & , had a lucky prediction that itachi would choose the leaf (knowing of itachi's nature after seeing the third great ninja war) she knew what he must've been going through so she breiflly talked to him before her & unborn twins depature to the hidden cloud, their father was to proud so he stayed and died.... He(klio) grew up always rivaling his brother but then they evenuatly ended up talking to different groups of people. His nature was lighting but it came in a yellow form. His brother's was wind. At the age of 8 he started practicing kin and tai-justsu , at 10 he created his own move kiiro strike(yellow strike) much like chidori but less recoil , and you dont have to stay in one line. He has unlocked two tomoe his brother has only aquired one tomoe for that reason his brother is jealous. His brother died when he was 11 stabbed in the heart on a mission final words "dont let 'them' griev over me" for that reason he has transformed from laid back yet talkative to serious and only opens up to his mother & his two team members(best friends).
