Holy shit, it's this guy...Don't let that distact you from the fact that Golden State blew a 3-1 lead
Yea he's the guy you see commenting on youtube and fb lmfao.Holy shit, it's this guy...
Green getting suspended, Bogut getting injured, and Curry struggled some of those games too.I don't know how that team managed to blow a 3-1 lead with that type of guy and curry and draymond
Curry came rushed back from an injury, wasn't 100%.Green getting suspended, Bogut getting injured, and Curry struggled some of those games too.
Na. He was just playing inconsistent. He had good games against Portland, Okc, and Cleveland. So let's not use that excuse when it didn't even look like the ankle injury was bothering him.Curry came rushed back from an injury, wasn't 100%.
Since when did having good games discount not being 100%? Great players play through injuries and have great performances all the time, doesn't mean they are magically fully recovered.Na. Health wasn't an issue. He struggled against Okc and Cleveland because they were getting physical with him and were constantly switching off of screens. That's why you saw a lot of times big men like Love, Tristain Thompson, and Ibaka switched on him and disturbing his shot. Even though Okc eventually fell apart.Since when did having good games discount not being 100%? Coming back from injury twice in the middle of the heated playoffs is not easy to do, you might get away with it here or there, but eventually it will come back to get you.
It's not like I'm saying he was heavily injured or something, just not 100% which is pretty much a fact. The guy was asking how this team managed to blow a 3-1 lead, and Curry not being 100% however small it was would be a factor considering he's their best player.
Big men don't bother him, he owns big men on switches. Those switches are exactly what the warriors want, they are done by design. The very fact that he had a tough time finishing layups and dealing with those big men showed he was a step slower than usual.Health wasn't an issue. They bothered him because he was constantly forcing the three. One example being the play against K Love in game seven when he easily could've got by him but was trying to get a three instead of a quick two. That's one of many examples though. You would just have to look back at the games and see for yourself.Big men don't bother him, he owns big men on switches. Those switches are exactly what the warriors want, they are done by design. That K Love play was him just wanting to tie the game up in a do or die fashion. He was missing open layups, he had the highest fg% in the league in the paint, yet was bricking everything in the paint on drives. They bothered him because he was constantly forcing the three. He didn't attack the paint that much in the playoffs though. He was mostly jacking up contested threes even when he was already struggling with his shot. That K Love play was him just wanting to tie the game up in a do or die fashion. Those are 3s he makes casually. He didn't attack the paint that much in the playoffs though. He was mostly jacking up contested threes even when he was already struggling with his shot.
It is true he was missing SOME easy ones but it's not like those few missed lay ups were really hurting fg %. It was mainly the forced threes.
These may be the reasons why he was missing those threes. Maybe the pressure of being 73-9 and winning the chip got to him, the intense defense that championship contending teams play in the playoffs slowed him down, or his shot was just off. I'm just not buying that he wasn't 100% excuse. Those are 3s he makes casually.
1st Wilt Chamberlain 100 pointsPretty awesome but I think that it should be known that the record of points scored by a single player in a single game is 100 and that record was set DECADES AGO
