the soldiers were all assembled because sengoku didnt underestimate WB. He knew WB will bring his allies and his commanders were all strong. Sengoku wanted to keep the trouble as less as possible hence he called every1. It doen't mean he actually needed them all.

Also Wb didn't even react to squard stabbing him and neither did he to croc jumping him or kizaru's yasakani no magatama. Tell me 1 speed feat he has.
