Enel with haki is very broken. I can see him wiping the floor with literary all of the shichibukai, though kizaru is no joke either, he is currently easily top 5 in terms of strength


Assuming their haki is as good as each other, I'd still go with kizaru due to enels shitty durability, it'll still be a high diff though.

we still have to see post time skip enel. im pretty sure he will show up eventually and i guess he will be op as **** then^^

either way this would be a great fight. as some1 above said enel would be way above sichibukai level...but i doubt he could win against kizaru. if he wasnt that cocky and had some experience maybe.... but he is cocky and doesnt have much fighting experience so....

Gear 2 luffy managed to hit him, I doubt he can do anything against an admiral with or without haki.

He still needs years of training to keep up with top tiers in combat reflexes and strategy. Just imagine if lyffy had CoA when he fought enel.

People are drastically overrating Eneru man. He had the advantage of fighting in the clouds and so on. Something he won't have on land.

Enel if he got stronger in these two years and awakened his DF.

Enel was sent buckling to his knees by pre-Gear, pre-skip Luffy, coughing up blood. A man whose physical stats are below Preskip Pre-gear Luffy's isn't gonna get much help from Haki vs a man who can hold down Whitebeard's bisento with one leg and clash with the likes of Marco without a scratch to his body. Enel gets beaten so bad, they'll probably have to arrest Kizaru.
