i think is df is just OP we never saw him fighting serious not even in the war lol the problem is plot is against him he could easily gave ruffy a headshot but he didnt he just sniped the little key jn his hand away and behind was whitebeard and he was not afraid haha
what do u think about kizaru ?

His DF has charge time when moving at the speed of light and he does not attack at the speed of light; only his physical moves does. Also, having CoO can mean you can easily counter him like how Rayleigh did. Too bad his old age was stopping him.

Yup but he's DF is so Op that he doesn't have to train like everyone else.... Kizaru is your avarage cop that doesn't want to push himself as long as his employers are happy lol

The way Kizaru cleaned house during the buster call and the war makes me think he is as strong as akainu

kizaru is the strongest marine right now IMO... since Garp is now retired. Yes stronger than Akainu. Kizaru is the best 1 on 1 fighter in the marines
