It absorves the C-ranked water and as you create the Willow from the pillars in front of me I shoot the vortex as claw, with water combined to make it much stronger and faster.

It cuts and slashes through your willow. I explode the tags from the needles, making the pieces of cutted wood shot at short range, wich means you.
(Btw, B rank fire gets blocked by C rank rain, wich means that even if your fireball doesnt get blocked intirely by your rain, it gets blocked by the flying chunks of wet wood.)
As you get damaged by the chunks of wood, you also get hit by a mist of nails infused with wind, that crosses the cleared path.
