Ok... First you see me doing quick hand seals and almost instantaniously the forest surronding us get bigger and closer until you cant see me or anything near you.
(because you're 1000 post bellow me you get paralyzed)
Genjutsu: (Osore Kosai Kokontouzai) Claustrophoby

Description: When the victim is cought on it will see the surroundings ( Trees, rocks... ) getting bigger and closer until he cant see anything surrounding him. The user can now attack him without beeing seen.
(The jutsu paralyses a weak opponent by 2 turns ( 1000 post bellow the user )
(This genjutsu cant be preformed on clean terrains like a river or a green plain, but the right condition can me made like creating a mud wall surrounding the victim)

genjutsu its a jutsu that mess with your nervous system. When you feel like you did after mah genjutsu you shall gather chakra and release it at once.
this works with some genjutsu and its the basic kai.
release the chakra all at once and you'll see that the trees are still in the same place
