Bullshit post. The people were never stated to be in character. And secondly, you can't even state it'd be out of character for him to do that in a 1V1 battle when we've never seen him in one.

I know that you know which puppet Hiruko is.. So i'm confused why you're talking about iron sand.
While in Hiruko, he gets crushed. His heart has no feats of durability and will easily be crushed by two mountains colliding.

I know, I know, but if you assume Kitsuchi would start with a mountain crushing, why can't I assume the 3rd Kazekage puppet is already with Sasori?

I considered this myself before my first post in this thread. You and I.. We think alike. =D

I supposed people could argue this but IC or In character[intent] normally describes what the behavior of the character would be. What jutsu they may or may not use in the beginning of the match. Whereas whether or not Sasori starts in Hiruko is normally listed lastly under conditions or even under restrictions for the match. And when it isn't listed, it is normally assumed that he starts the same way he (from what we know) always started.

They are complely different. Manga shows him using it twice and through out his encouter were against giants. So who is to say thay that is in character to use it from beginning of any match.

The rest of those scans were irrelvent as we were talking about sasori encounting moutian justu

Hiruko will kill Kitsuchi before he gets a chance to pull out his large scale jutsus anyways. & if kitsuchi manages to dodge poison needles then sasori will waste no time pulling out the kazekage. Sasori is an impatient person so he would never drag on a fight. This is proven when sasori pulled out the 3rd kazekage just after losing hiruko. Sasori has hundreds of puppets, he chose his best one because he doesnt like to wait, which is stated multiple times throughout the manga.

The fact that you missed were I said "your premise" ("If Kitsuchi starts with any of those jutsu") makes sense to do right after "Mounter jutsu".

I'm siding with Kitsuchi on this one. This guy is like Uber underrated. I don't think Iron Sand will stop the mountain. In fact, I would argue for Kitsuchi starting with Earth Style: Rock Shelter. Which would render Senbon pratically useless. Then I would argue he moves on to Earth Style: Moving Earth Core to trap Sasori on a lower plane of ground. Then he could simply use Earth Style: Sandwich Jutsu to block any chance for Sasori's escape. If Sasori tries to use the Sand to destroy the above rock it falls on top of him.

the jutsu is slow and sasori will know the jutsu will crush him and bring out the third kazekage and use Iron Sand World Method and he'll be save inside it. or created iron sand ball. and kitsu don't have any jutsu to defend again iron sand jutsu. any defend jutsu he have show is useless. iron sand can destroy it and kill kitsu.
