if the was such a thing as god rank then the sandwitch thing that kitsuchi does is on that along with tbb and the likes , in a fight i cant see kakashi doing more than cutting kitsuchi with a kunai in the leg

well, a counter for mountain sandwich is for kakashi to burrow underground with doton or kamui a chunk out of mountain sandwhich, and jump in the hole.

Either way if the battle is in close quarters, mountain sandwhich is almost useless, as kitsuchi would have to sandwich himself in order to get kakashi. And kakashi with his speed and most-used jutsu is more of a close-range fighter...
