Background Info.
History:Born to two proud Uchiha, he is the cousin of Sasuke and Itachi. At the age of ten he developed his first tomoe of sharingan, but only for a brief stint, in an attempt to compete with his widely popular and acceptable cousin, Itachi. While he could never keep up he vowed to one day be more powerful than his cousin. He graduated two weeks before the Uchiha massacre, and he was sent off to the Village hidden in the mist, where his small team was captured and tortured. For three years he and his team were tortured, until a man by the name of Zabuza came and killed the ninja holding the criminals in prison. Upon his escape, he was briefed by Zabuza of the events that had taken place in the leaf village. Shocked by the death of his clan at the hands of Itachi he stormed off, in search of a way to avenge his family. When he finally got close to finding him, he was quickly assualted and left for dead by a man weilding a Shark like sword. His body was blown through a forest and he was knocked unconscious by the blast. When he was awakened, he was surrounded by Moths, and they began training him after a small meeting as to what his goals are. After vowing to try and make peace, He began looking for Itachi once again only to find out That his younger cousin, Sasuke had killed him in a ploy for vengance.
This of course, was told by a man named Kabuto, and he also told him about the levels of sharingan, pointing out that Tai's own sharingan hadn't even been activated, telling him he has no chance at winning without getting Mangekyo Sharingan.
