Appearance
Kisuke is a tall and lean-built man with light skin and gray eyes. His hair is messy and light-blond (almost pale) with strands framing the sides of the face and hanging between his eyes, and he also has chin stubble. He wears a dark green shirt and pants, topped with a black coat with a white diamond pattern along its bottom half. His coat's design looks like the opposite of a captain's haori (white with black diamonds). Urahara has also been known to carry a fan which he uses to occasionally hide his face. He also usually wears traditional Japanese wooden sandals and a striped-dark green and white bucket hat that usually shadows his eyes, which has earned him the nickname "Mister Hat'n'Clogs".
Personality
Although usually seen as a laid-back, jovial and eccentric fellow, Urahara also shows a deceptively cunning and serious side when the situation warrants it. He commonly uses idle conversation and outward concern as an act of distracting his opponents. Despite his care-free attitude, he always speaks politely, but is sometimes sarcastic. He once described himself as a "mere honest, handsome, perverted businessman."

Anbu intelligence has noted he first sprung into prominence in Land Of Lightning and gained notoriety ever since. However, by then he was a grown adult and all events prior are hearsay. However, it is known that he has aligned with rogues and has a penchant for violence following him. Information that was sufficient to brand him a Bandit. Those who know him are more intrigued with his story as it develops at present rather than a reflection of his past.

► Kisuke is a skilled Earth Specialist, capable of using all Earth techniques with a +20 boost and with a single handseal. Along with that, he has learned to use the ability know as Dust Release.
► Being a skilled Shinobi, Kisuke carries a vast assortment of tools. He carries the usual kunai and Shuriken which he has placed 5 senses disorder tags on, while also carrying numerous smoke bomb pellets, flash bombs, explosive tags and ninja wire. Other than the basic ninja tools, he carries his very own custom Gunbai, allowing him to perform wind techniques at a greater scale of skill than usual.

Description: Jurōjin is a Giant non-folding war fan (Gunbai) about 3/4 the height of the wielder and almost of their width, with the pole being twice that length. It is made of a special strong steel that resonates with only wind chakra which allows the user to expand/shorten the size of the fan blades and increase the range of Wind techniques that require a fan. When wind chakra is channeled into it, the size of the fan blades increases about double their size. When in Expanded Mode, the range of all Fan Jutsu is increased by one, damage is increased, and lasts for 4 turns. Because of the size of the expanded fan the wielder cannot perform any jutsu that require handseals because both hands are required to hold the immense fan, though this is only applicable in expanded form . To decrease the size of the fan the wielder must channel chakra into it again. Also because of the scope of the weapon when in Expanded Mode, it is able to block projectiles, paper bombs, and normal, weapon attacks such as sword slashes.
~Increasing/Decreasing the size of the fan counts as a move
~Can only be wielded by Koto or those with his express permission
~If anyone other than those with permission wields the fan their chakra is drained and receive severe cuts around their body. (-30 Chakra/A-rank cutting damage)
