So far kishi has done an excellent job with the naruto series but he still has alot of explanations to uncover for example:
1. When obito was younger how was he able to defeat over fifty people without being injured. What i mean about that is we have seen obito movements and abilities and what he displayed against those shinobi that he was above at least jonin level.
2. Why was obito making the sounds that the gendo Mazo would make.
3. What happened to the spiral zetsu he just disappeared in the series or what? And how obito was able to change his personality to the spiral zetsu.
4. For what reason did obito participate in the Uchiha massacre.
5. How was Madara able to transplant his eyes into a small boy(nagato) without him noticing.
6. Since Nagato had Madara's sharingan/rinnegan why wasn't he able to revert back into the sharingan.
7. Where is Yamato i know he is with hashiramas clone but is his part done in the naruto series or what?
8. If half of the kyuubi's chakra is sealed away and the other half is naruto's then how is the fox able to freely generate charkra.
9. When kabuto informed obito about the edo tensei and said he had to leave and he mention another justu
10. What happened to the remaining white zetsus?
11. How was danzo able to take shisui eye from him?
12. Why did kakashi kill rin?
13. Who is the people that was mentioned by orchimaru and sasuke that "Knows everything"
14. Can the byakugan evolve into the sharingan like the sharingan can evolve into the rinnegan?

They're in the war. And kishi still hasn't explained how Obito survived in the first place he didn't unlock S/T until after he gained mangyeko sharingan so yea .__.

14. I doubt it; however, the eyes are related on some unknown manner. I hope the Byakugan has some evolution of its own....could be that only a certain person csn use it....For example I like to imagine it being the Tekoku (Japanese which I spelled wrong meaning Imperial) Byakugan that maybee be unlocked by only those who are actually gentle (like gentle fist)....so someone like Hinata say could use it. Far fetched, but I enjoy it.....but I doubt it can.

well some of this stuff you said was already explained. obito survived the second boulder cause it didnt hit him but hit the ground and caused him to fall into madrara's tunnel. he also had a good couple of year with nothing to do but heal and train, its not like he sat and slept during then. and the rinnigan thou a upgrade from the ems it needs senju dna. nagito had that but no uchia dna so maybe you needed uchia dna to swtich between ms and rinnigan. the fourth sealed half kurama's chakra away yes but not like your thinking. kurama had 2 chakras, yin and yang evenly spread throughout him. the fourth took the yin and so as result the yang overflowed and filled up the nine tails. as for obito's arm sounds, maybe the white zetsu used for obito's body was mearly responding to it cerator, madrara, im sure other zetus would react similar. also imn pretty sure nagito said he blacked out when he was "attacked by leaf ninja" who could have been madrara and maybe a zetsu or something. also we dont his eye powers for the eye he had one and was old. for all we know it could have been suisui's, or one with a power similar to his. like maybe make people forget things? and last thing i can answer is about the bakugan, i dont think it evloves like ms beacuse shariggan was most likey the result of the so6p wife's dna fing everything up and when huyga dna got into the mix it became to "tainted" to trun into sharrigan. ps idc about spelling ik im off on it thou just dont care.
