Kishi's way of Sasuke's development.

I have been thinking about this ever since this recent chapter came out. What was displayed in the last chapter from Sasuke is not his character.

The Sasuke we know wouldn't kill someone without letting them know the reasons. He even warned the samurai before slaughtering them. I'm also not saying he would tell some else the reasons and kill the kage. No, the sasuke we know would tell the kage his reasons directly and then execute them.

Also Sasuke acting this way and his views are in complete contradiction to how he was after seeing Itachi for the last time and when he talked to the edo Hokage.

Honestly Sasuke is not so blind to see this is the worst thing he could do. This will cause utter hate for him. Everyone's anger will be directed at him and everyone would want to kill him. Him say he wants to be hokage is ridiculous with this plan.

Him saying he wants a revolution is insane to with this plan. A revolution can only be achieved when a country revolts against itself. His plan has nothing to do with that. His plan is some what like Madara's but instead of using an illusion he plans to act on those who aren't even really to blame.

That is not Sasuke's character, that's Madara's/Obito's.

No he had the possibility of becoming like Madara, it was never stated that he would absolutely become him.

This whole point was to show that this was not in Sasuke's character.

That is fine, but all traces of Sasuke;s character development since he last saw Itachi completely went out the window. He completely changed. He is even worst than when he wanted to destroy the Hidden lead. This is not his character. Even if his reasoning states something like what you said his character development would alter it. But in this situation he no longer has his character.

The shinobi system is fine, with these new kages who fixed it.

Itachi was forced to slaughter his clan under HiruzenXDanzo reign, but not ever since they died and good naruto-like Tsunade became hokage..
Hidden Mist's new kage Mei reformed it after overthrowing evil Yagura.
Same with all else, the new kages fixed their village's problematic system and overcame their grudges of everyone for the war.

There is nothing left for Sasuke to fix.

That is not Sasuke's character, that's Madara's/Obito's.

Actually that is Sasuke character there are multiple ways you can look at this to explain the reason why he acted like that. I'm just going to name a few

1. Sasuke is a reincarnate of Indra, as so was Madara so that mean he would do something similar to what Madara tryed to do which is trying to make the world the way he want it in that generation in which When Madara failed and was talking to Hashirama, Hashirama said that it takes time for the world to changed in to what he and Madara dreamed of and also said that all they can do is raise the next generation better so in time the world would become peaceful. And Madara say that basically is was impossible for his plain to work from the start. So basically I'm saying in this one Sasuke is trying to rush to make the world the way he think it should be in his generation and doing any means necessary to do it just like Madara tryed to do sense there both reincarnate of Indra.

2. Sasuke went insane and power drivin after defeating Danzo at the bridge and the only time he show his insanity (until now) was at the bridge and all this time he was hiding his true emotions until now because he think he is so close to his dream and when he met edo Itachi all that did was change his plain form to destroying the leaf to starting a revolution. And all that time he was only using people for his advantage to complete his goals.

That is just two of some of they ways you look at this explains why Sasuke is acting like this. Which one do u prefer 1 or 2.
I'm not say these are what happen but only these two are a logical reason for his actions.

It's not the personality as-so that it is the evil images depicted of him. He doesn't care for much, and in the calm way he was talking, it somewhat fits. If he were to have laughed and gone crazy, then that'd be horrible development.
