The Sage explained it that since Madara's transmigration was over when he died. Now he is alive again and is no longer Indra's transmigrant, but he is the same as before he died. So unless he lost something other than chakra, I don't see it. Danzo actually is part Hashirama. Do you not see his face on his chest? And yes, Kabuto now has some part of others, which is why his appearence has changed.
