Kishi's twin brother

For those of you that didn't know Kishi has an identical twins brother named Seishi.
I always wondered why Naruto has no twin-themes? No characters that are twins in the Naruto manga, at all.. Why?

Or maybe it's a surprise? Sasuke has a twin brother? The mystery man? xd

Hmm sasuke haveing a long lost twin brother would be quite a twist. But ya I knew about kishis brother.
