Kishi's Timing

I'm new to the forums, hi.

Anyways I saw a lot of complaints about when Kishi had Gai unleash the 8 gates(IE. now against Madara). After reading today's chapter i have to say the timing was absolutely perfect. I don't think we would have grasped the true magnitude of how powerful it is against any other opponent maybe barring Juubito.

Kishi doesn't always have the best timing; for example, maybe waiting on revealing kabuto as the mystery man...since it was the popular assumption, he could have gotten it over with maybe a little earlier.
But I have to give him props on a great reveal for one of the most hyped jutsus since pt. 1..

Last week's discussion i saw a couple people bring it up.

And there's a whole thread complaining about it, maybe 5-10 topics down, depending on how many new threads have been posted since i got done typing this.

welcome to the base. I just hope it at least contributes to Madaras defeat, if Gai dies from it. Unless Orochimaru and Kabuto has anything to say. I still think he can be saved after using it, but he will likely be useless anyways due to the strain on his body.

Good point, wonder if Kabuto could anything off to reverse the effect. I definitely would not expect that
