Kishi's style changed?

Is it me, or Kishi's style changed a little? Maybe he changed the pen nib, because he makes the lines less thick.
And he added a lot of details in the background this chapter. Is it only me, or you saw it too?
It looks like this chapter was done even before Kushina's flashback, IMO.

Wouldn't this be the point in time after Kishi took a break then came back to drawing? I'm not entirely sure if this would fit in with the time, though.
