dude thats not from this war it was from the 3rd war because this is still about Kabuto and not about the current war because in the 4th war we left off with the Kage and Madara then Sasuke found Itachi and ya but before that we had Naruto looking at Tobi so I think we will pick up from there but regarding this chapter I think it was a flashback thing
