Why not use MS??? it was that or kill him and itachi didnt want to do that and kakashi also had to used kumai aswell

I know that , but its kinda like having similarities and characteristics of the sanin's each own summon..
like Orochimaru & Manda and Jiraiya & Gamabunta. They do similar stuff to & with the animal.

Tsunade besides that is an expert/ master healer and medical shinobi.. She as well as Nagato/Kushina all 3 of them
having Uzumaki DNA inside them , show great durability/ longevity being through some things that would have killed most people outside of their clan.

Also Obito's NOT a healer and people just have different unique attributes. =D

Tsunade had a greater chance of surviving because:

1. She wasn't going to bleed out as fast as he was thanks to a giant tree providing pressure on the wound to prevent that from happening.
2. She summoned a massive healing slug.

Also, may I note that most people usually die straight away after getting a hole right through the chest, even in Naruto...Obito currently is using the Senju DNA vitality to be able to warp away from Kakashi and still be able to preform the Jutsu Madara's making him do.

Dude this manga series makes no sense to me anymore. This is why dbz, yuyu hakisho, did so great. When ppl died, they stay dead after being revive once. I know ppl came back to life in dbz but there was logic to it. When they died there was actual limitations that was never remove. Anyways, This whole thing is a completely joke if you ask me. I thought all these people would actually know that Kishimoto said that sick (not even healthy or Edo) Itachi is stronger than Kakashi. Even the Databook says so. I am a fan of both, Kakashi and Itachi, so I know what I'm talking about. What you said is completely right, which people fails to understand when even the writer is the one who confirms it.
