i think it either minato or sasuke,well look at how cool he makes them look,their skills,thinking capacity techs etc.
+according to kishi himself on how the naruto series was made,sasuke was the most difficult character to draw(i guess maybe he wanted him to look very cool)and with that i can sense some favouratism there.
Minato on the order hand has been too heroic(saving konoha and the allied shinobi forces twice)

I just bought volume 3, and there is a picture of Sasuke where Kishi says he is his favourite. But that was a really long time ago. He probably changed his mind.
