It seems like Naruto's kinda coming to its end, slowly yet surely so what's gonna replace it? Around April 2012, Kishi published a one-shot called

, basically like Naruto which centers on a half Jap, half Italian hitman named Mario. (Kishi names all his manga after the main character?) Do you think this will be his next serialization after Naruto ends?

As much as I would like kishi to start a manga out of Mario, no, its a one shot, so not happening

well i just read it ...the main character mario kinda reminds me of obito ...i think kishi's been under the influence of obito's character lately ...not bad though ..

I liked Mario. Maybe Kishi might decide to get it serialised, it all depends on whether he wants to continue writing Manga and also whether Jump thinks that it has the potential to make big bucks.

I had read somewhere that kishi plans on makeing a sports manga next. Mario though, was a one shot, based off a one shot written before Naruto. However, since mario was to dark for a shonen manga, kishi was advised to make a shonen manga while he was still young, and able to do well with it.

Kishi has said nothing about makeing a series out of Mario.

But when naruto ends, we will see.

It's a One-Shot. That being said, a damn good one-shot manga and a start way better than Naruto.

It didn't show him as being dead did it? He just stated that he was going to die so the chance that he could still be alive is there.
