Don´t know really people are always making fake profiles and pretending to be someone else. You should find Kishi himself and demand some answers.

I've seen OD a few times talking to the director of the anime and wishing him well, etc.

But they won't talk to google translated Japanese and things like that. They'll respond to the more well-known fans though.
