I doubt it. I don't think it will affect the manga it was headed down this emotional path before his father died and his interview and opinion of Madara was already set.

We don't even know how close he was to his father even though he was seemingly affected I don't think he will just ruin his manga over it.

He is to serious writer to that . But it wouldn't be so shocking if we see something reflecting his father. On the other note,did that interview he had on Jump Festa ever hit the net?
