He is one damn person who knws vry well how to play with persons mind... I'm sure he purposely made tobi to be obito, ofcourse He wil give his reason behind the mystery that obito=tobi.. But real thing is manga 599 being so controvercial made naruto's fans more curious for next chapter and if tobi was madara's bro or any other older ninja then kishi dnt hav to explain anything there wont have any suspense on tobi. So i think tobi being obito makes naruto manga more popular then ever and great kishimoto is playing with our mind.

Well, it's not really his fault that so many people are surprised that it is Obito. He gave hints, but most people thought that was being too obvious and searched for other characters.
Not his fault if people deemed Obito to be too obvious LOL I actually like this new twist xd
