Sooo my thought is Tobi could be Izuna because Nagato rinnegan eyes were his.

Madara took Izuna eyes to mainly stop going blind but inturn unlocked EMS. Supposely Izuna died later in a battle but I really don't believe villians anyways. Madara fight the 1st and gain some dna and later unlocks Rinnegan. He shortly dies afterward and removes the eyes from madara body which he later give to nagato. Hence originally his eyes.
I really don't belive the crap the Izuna died blind since his brother being one of the most shinobe of his time could of easily kill another uchiha and gave his brother someone else eyes.
Of course there are holes in this because Madara claims he knew Nagato before he died sooo *shrug*

You dont get MS from just killing another uchiha :sy: i though people know that already. MS if it come from a friend you kill him or before he die he give you his powers.

Actually you get the MS when your Sharigan is ready to progress to it and someone close to you dies. You don't have to kill them its just an emotional process to unlock the MS. You get EMS from a direct blood relative, meaning it has to be a relative that has the same blood as you meaning a brother or sister. Rinnegan seemingly comes after the EMS but that's all that is known. It doesn't state that you need Senju DNA to unlock it.

This and to also assume that Madara and Izuna had no other blood relative is kinda of foolish. Like i said before though, villians lie. Tobi was madara for a while till now. There are currently three stories about Izuna and madara right now.

1) Izuna willing gave his eyes to Madara and died in a unknown battle
2) Madara took Izuna eyes by force and Izuna supposely still continune to battle and just died.
3) Madara got Izuna eyes after he was killed in battle.

It looks like a base Sharingan, but expanded. Thus, revealing only the base of the tomoes, giving it that look on the right panel. Then when Kurama's taken out of Tobi's control, the tomoes forms back at the center and reverts back to Kurama's eye. I'm sorry, but I'm not convinced
