What you are trying to point out is something not even possible. How can Tobi be using Izuna's MS to control the tailed beast when Tobi gave Madara's Rinnegan to Nagato? Well Tobi doesn't say he actually transplanted those eyes into him but he implies it and that is pretty much what he did because you have to be an Uchiha to awaken the Rinnegan. When Uchiha takes control over something with their eyes, the eyes takes shape of the sharigan of the user. The 9tails nor the other tailed beast eyes looks nothing like Izuna's MS. Also Madara still sees Izuna as dead, he mentions it to Tsunade while he remembers him and claims its what hes fighting for.
