i red the manga i know minato sealed half of kurma powers inside the reapers stomach

but that still doesnt explain


- how a dead minato was able to learn how to use it that quickly
-how minato was able to get the whole other half other kurma powers and not any of the others sealed inside the reapers stomach

Its completely different from Naruto's situation. Naruto has the 9 tails itself inside him. Minato only has its chakra, so he doesn't have the beast with it.

Its probably easier for him to tame it, but I doubt he can do a lot of the things Naruto can with it. Like give people 9 tails cloaks or anything like that.
