You have to admit that these past chapters have been absolutely Shit... especially this chapter. He built up so much suspense at the end of the last chapter, then he just makes a joke about it in this chapter... Dafaq?? Anyways, all i'm trying to say is that he's not hating on Naruto. And if you honestly think that Naruto doesn't suck now, then you must be too far in Kishi's Ass to see it.
