Most, not all but it's not much of a stretch to say that he got inspiration from the Phantom Troupe to create the Akatsuki, considering how he stated that he was inspired from HxH. Most if not all ideas usually come from inspirations. Why are you getting so defensive over this? Kishi. said it himself, so idk why you're making yourself look more stupid than you already are.

Sure the intentions of the Akatsuki and the phantom troupe are obviously completely different but it's possibly that's how he got his inspiration for making the Akatsuki.

lol because you are acting like he stole everything from hunterxhunter and they are basically the same anime. When they are clearly not, Kishi has his own original story, its not copied from anywhere else.

Normally that would be the case, but what makes it not so is the range factor and the ability to switch places with objects. That's the only thing that I think Kishi actually took though, I disagree with the OP on the rest.

FYI: That pilot was just a gag manga, it wasn't even similar to how Naruto is. HxH still came out before Naruto.
