It's more like Kishi was inspired. You made some flaws though. Sasuke is the same exact copy of Kuraprika. I've seen the similarity between Itachi and Illumi. Kite is more like Jiraiya(Just that Kite is far more cooler) and the situation between Pitou and Gon is like Naruto and Pain except Kishi made some changes. Tsunade is basically like biscuit.
Without a doubt the Phantom troupe and the Akastuki are the same. Kishi just made little changes. There are others.

At the end of the day, Kishi was only inspired by him. There's nothing bad. Both are good with me rating HxH better.

Well I never said I agreed with the OP. Kishi. was inspired from HxH and there's enough proof that shows that (i.e. parallels/similarities). I wouldn't go as far to say he ripped it off or he 100% copied from HxH cause that's BS.

Do you not understand what a parallel/inspiration is? Sure, they're obviously not the same nor do they remotely have the same personality. It's just that their roles in aiding the main character are quite similar.

trust me there's hardly any similarities at all and after the hxh exams similarities between naruto and hxh pretty much cease to exist
