We reached at Kaguya now.
Everyone were defeated that is, Akatsuki, almost all of the white Zetsus, Obito. The one who was responsible, the Sage of the six paths and his sons. Everyone's role ended.
What's left is Madara, Black Zetsu and Kaguya. (and maybe Hagoromo's brother)
The chapter showed Kaguya's Will, that is, Black Zetsu, betrayed Madara and is now taking over his body. In short, Kaguya is about to finish Uchiha Madara's chapter.
But will it really happen? You think Madara is weak enough to get taken over by anyone?
Just like Obito got his chance, Kaguya will get her chance. After all, Kishimoto already said that Madara is undefeatable. So that means, Kishimoto is just wrapping up the characters in order to stage the final battle between Uchiha Madara VS Naruto and Sasuke. To happen that he must remove Black Zetsu and Kaguya out of the story in a way. But to everyone's surprise, Kishimoto planned to show BZ as Kaguya's Will. With that, he'll kill two birds with one stone.
Madara's WILL will be shown stronger than Kaguya and he will take over his body back again. But Kishimoto will allow Kaguya to play a little while with the kids and then the "Take Over" game will happen once again.

It would have really been better if BZ stayed as Madara's Will and then take over Madara's body (which Kaguya took control while becoming one. BZ would act as Madara's insurance to take back his body)

I doubt Madara will take over Kaguya, that would make her entire introduction and BZ betrayal pointless, I think Madara's place as the main villain is over.

Kaguya was the one who started this whole thing, she stole the fruit which resulted in the birth of the Ten Tails.

She invented the Infinite Tsukuyomi, she is what Madara wants to become, and like BZ said, Madara was just like Obito in the end, this is the ultimate irony, he used so many others only to learn in the end that he was being used as well, its the perfect way for him to be defeated, beaten by the very same thing he did to so many others.
