And you're just noticing this? The color scheme of Naruto's outfit in part one ripped off the color scheme of Goku's fighting gi. And Sasuke's rippied off Vegeta's mostly. So Kishi drew influence from one of his most favorite mangas/animes, big whoop. Artist do it all the time.

Sasuke is more inspired by Hiei rather than Vegeta... But we all know Naruto is basically Goku in human Shinobi form.

" started in 1987. I won't be surprised if there was even older publication using that too. But the Sazen eye clearly hinted their sources of inspiration- Hindu Mythology because they picked name like Parvati directly.

The red magical eye goes back at least to 1961 " The magic boy". That character and Sasuke Sarutobi's detail go back to even much older work. It's just that old work from Japan is not that easily traceable on internet. But keep following back links from various sites and they keep sending you to a century or more back. Goku's eye colour changes when he goes super Saiyan.

Most manga characters are mix and match anyway.

of course in today manga industry nothing matters anymore, sure go ahead, you can ripoff other manga just because it was succesful for its time. doesnt mean your is going to be. if i was such a huge dbz fanboy i would never try my main character to look like goku but instead ill try to have him develop his own unique clothes style and not steal others ideas like a NEWB /derp
