That's a foreshadowing of her knowledge seeking talent. She's an astute observer and as an Uchiha will have a good eye for something (idk what). In a way she'll might be like a bit like Itachi because she seems to just be observing everything around her.

But her name is supposed to be a reference to the Goddess of Knowledge, and last time I checked Kakashi knew +1000 jutsu thanks to the Sharingan, and it was the same amount as Hiruzen who had knowledge on every jutsu in Konoha and was considered a god. :|

Her Japanese name is Sarada. Japanese don't have "L's" in the alphabet, but they prounounce it Salad-E, which means Salad in the English language.

Her real name is Salad Uchiha.
