Berserk is much better; Naruto is kiddies stuff compared to it. :))))
they are just normal people , not legends or some character in myth , religions , astrology , zodiac , folklore , mythology . or gods and goddesses .
Whilst I wouldn't call him the smartest mangaka he's certainly the best and most creative shonen mangaka. He's created a whole vibrant world with so many memorable and interesting characters. That takes a surprising amount of effort.

The only person who might be better than Kishi in that field is Kazue Kato, creator of the Blue Exorcist series. Now THAT is a perfect shonen manga.

thats what makes them interesting
I actually dropped AnoE after reading it for a while. Mostly because it seemed to me like character development was going nowhere. I agree with what you said about Kishi's vibrant world though.
But then again, Naruto is the only Shounen manga that I'm following, others are mostly... more adult![]()
Oh really? how far did you get? Because a MAJOR twist happened with one of the class members and now things have got insanely interesting. Kamiki and Yukio get a LOT of development, as are the hardheads Rin and Bon...slowly :')
It's clear they're building to something. In the anime they dealt with it but Kato is dealing with other characters first and saving the big development for last. I don't know where chapter 40 is in the story but Yukio had a pretty big moment with that Todo glasses guy in the Kyoto arc. It's the BIG change with one of the side characters that is changing the story insanely for 2 certain characters.I believe I stopped at chapter 40 or so. I remember being annoyed at both Rin and Yukio since the dynamics between them didn't seem to change. But if you say that Yukio got development, well, maybe I'll catch up on it if I have too much free time.
Actually, Naruto began in 1999 and HxH started in 1998. Kishi copied the series.
Erm, no. Naruto is hardly a manga of an intelligent nature. Try reading Liar Game—the mangaka of it is very intelligent.
Additionally, Kishi takes inspiration from other manga (DBZ being one such example), in addition to being inspired from myths. Creativity is not equal to intelligence (in an IQ test, you're tested on objective things—not how well you can create a story).
I disagree. That crown goes to the Mangaka of Ghost in the Shell.
It does, as in Renaissance Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vincci are both famous for creating techniques in their artistic or experimental science domains.
Both were plebs who knew **** all about mathematics. They're both retards, l0l.
Jk, creativity can be a sign of intelligence, but in this case, Kishimoto is definitely not the most intelligent mangaka.
