One Piece is different.The Naruto series has been leading up to this battle from the very beginning of the series.One Piece is just about Luffy becoming the pirate king.Oda can make The Straw Hats journey as long as he wants because there was never any set time to when Luffy would find the one piece.Kishimoto set the clock from the beginning.
