If it's Kakashi I'm going to cry. I think Sakura would have the most parallels for the situation with Obito, and it'd have a big impact on the Naru vs Sasu front. But I kind of feel like if Sakura dies, Sasuke might die too---in either a redeemed or final villain type of way. Tsunade is very possible (Hokage position opened up, anyone?) but she doesn't feel that main-charactery to me and it wouldn't have nearly as much of an impact as a Team Seven character dying.
