Sasuke plan and obito and Madara plan are,in fact very different. Madara and obito wanted to put everyone in a dream world, so that they could achieve some sort of perfect world with no negative. Sasuke on the other hand, doesn't wnt to live in a dream world. Sasuke has decided to take all the world's hatred upon himself. This means sasuke would, in a sense, destroy the rest of his life so that others can find happiness.

His plan may not be the best, but he is willing to sacrifice everything for peace peace in the real world.
