Kishimoto is involved in the Anime

When it's necessary, Kishimoto (or any mangaka) will step into action with the anime development team when it's necessary. They either be a director or design a few anime exclusive character.

Guren, Raiga, Kid Yamato or anything anime exclusive.

It should make sense considering if I were kishimoto, I would protect the integrity and quality of my franchise by supervising character designs and stories in the anime. The anime team could ruin it by introducing hentai elements or unfitting charcaters like aliens and cyborgs. Lol

I'm sure he has some involvement in the process but he obviously doesn't write story lines for fillers. Remember how Road to Ninja was specifically said to have Kishi involved? That means it was a special case and normally he doesn't have much to do with anime/movies.

There have been inconsistencies between anime and manga, as well as errors (for example, anime has shown fuinjutsu using blood, like people putting blood on scrolls to unseal weapons, which shouldn't be the case since it isn't summoning). One would think Kishi would speak up, but he is obviously too busy with the manga? Remember his latest interview? He has almost no breaks.

Part of that is true, but there were some fillers that actually had story lines that felt cannon. What I mean is if you were an anime only viewer you would think some were cannon and I think it's because the production team used material Kishi meant to incorporate but wasn't able to for editing reasons.
The case with Raiga is one. I remember people saying he had to be a made up character, but his character was to rounded and felt like something Kishi would have come up with.

There are a few others where the filler felt as if Kishi gave information and just let the production team have freedom. Granted there are some that are clearly filler, but there are others that felt like Kishi gave the teams info he wasn't able to use and this was the case in this chapter.

Well that's kinda obvious that kishi would have part in character design even if they are just being in filler initially. He will be forced to use them in cannon to not mess with things, Sakura's parents were fight in filler and so if he ever introduced them i nthe manga he would have no choice but to use them. So I think characters that are a little more story sensitive require kishi's input so they don't potentially mess up his plans he could have had for cannon material.

I'm sure kishi has way more drawn characters than we have ever seen.

But that does not mean he has part in those stories, some of those filler are so unreal you couldn't possibly think kishi had a part to play. Example, when kabuto had a perm.
