cause as you see in the upper panel kakashi gaiden chapter. "where am.. ? "you can see a stary sky..
as kakashi opened up his eyes more to see minato. where as when it says am i dead. kakashi hadnt opened his eyes to see minato.
when he does you see kakashi say "SENSEI!!" - like damn in a shocked manner.
